VCare Assessments app for iPhone and iPad

VCare Assessments is part of the VCare Any-ware set of apps designed for rest home resident care. This app enables nurses and care givers to enter assessments in VCare while in the residents room, without the need for using the desktop PC. This enables nurses to look up resident details quickly to see any alerts that they need to know.

This app is designed to integrate seamlessly with VCare, updating data in real time as the nurses are using the app.

Nurses can record via the app

• Progress Notes

Historic Data and Vital Graphs can be viewed in the app so that the nurses have all the information required for the residents.
